How to avoid unwanted calls or Block them!!

There are so many ways to avoid unwanted calls, in different handsets. Some manufacturers are providing inbuilt functions for it like Samsung.

Here I'm showing how to block or avoid unwanted calls for different company handsets, choose best matching for you.

Some ways are.....

For Nokia Symbian phones:

(nokia N series, 5230,5233,3250, E series and many more phones are known as symbian which have symbian operating system within it)

Blacklist Pro: For nokia symbian users there is an application named "black list pro" download it and block unwanted calls after adding unwanted caller numbers.

For Samsung phones:

Samsung has inbuilt functionality to restrict calls
By changing "call restriction" settings in your samsung phone you will able to block all calls or any particular caller, follow the following steps.

Blocking particular user:

Save the person's number in your phonebook by naming like "unwanted", "bad", "company" anything you want.
Go to that contact you just saved in phonebook and click 'edit'. Scroll down and find 'sound' or 'tones' or similar word and press 'ok'.
Scroll Down again and find 'No ring' and press 'ok'
From now, that caller's call will be silent so you have no harassment whether the person calls you or not.

For Sony Erricsson phones:

Follow this way...

Settings > Go to 'call settings' > select 'manage calls' > choose 'Accept calls' ..

then choose from 'all calls' , 'calls from list' , 'none'

Choose 'calls from list' and choose contacts whose calls to be accepted.

I know it is little tedious method but it's quite good.

IF any of above tricks do not work ...

This option will best suite you if you want to block calls from telemarketers.
